The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous eateries offering delicious local food and convenience stores.
The breakfast area was quite crowded, leading to a frustrating experience with slow service and limited seating, which compelled me to skip it altogether.

The room was spacious, but the shower had drainage issues that were annoying.

the location is convenient, but the wifi was absoluteley terrible and kept dropping out. I also expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, yet nothing was offered. it’s almost like they don’t care about loyal guests. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. staff were nice tho, if only that made up for everything else.

Just spent 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. The place is spacious, and the bed was comfy! It's super central. perfect for food trips. One downside? The shower door was a bit finicky. Still, I enjoyed my stay!

The rooms have potential, especially the spacious Superior Twin Rooms that offer comfort for families. Being centrally located makes it easy to explore the local food scene and attractions in the area.
Unfortunately, the bathrooms are a letdown, especially with issues like finicky shower doors and mildew on grouting. Water heaters are inconsistent, which can make for a chilly surprise. The general upkeep needs attention, peeling carpets and dusty rooms diminish the otherwise decent setup. Noise from the floors above can disrupt sleep, while the Wi-Fi struggles to connect or drops frequently, making it frustrating for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Recommend it for family with children
The breakfast at the coffee place was quite satisfying , and we really appreciated the bellboy named Helmi who took extra care of us. The friendliness and help from the receptionist made our stay feel more welcoming and personal, and we had a great time exploring the local eateries nearby.
The price was a bit on the higher side , but for the service we received, it was still acceptable.
