The location is spot-on, super close to delicious eateries and cool shops. My room was comfy and surprisingly spacious, definitely worth the price!
There were a few hiccups. The WiFi was unreliable; I kept getting disconnected, which was frustrating. the housekeeping could improve since my room wasn’t made up one day. it was a fun trip, but I hope they work on these issues !

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous eateries offering delicious local food and convenience stores.
The breakfast area was quite crowded, leading to a frustrating experience with slow service and limited seating, which compelled me to skip it altogether.

The location is convenient, but the wifi was absoluteley terrible and kept dropping out. I also expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, yet nothing was offered. It's almost like they don't care about loyal guests. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Staff were nice tho, if only, made up for everything else.

It is within walking distance to the famous restaurants.
The air conditioned was not working and had to wait for almost two hours before the staff managed to changed the room.

Just spent 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. The place is spacious, and the bed was comfy! It's super central. Perfect for food trips. One downside? The shower door was a bit finicky. Still, I enjoyed my stay!

That was my 5th stay with the hotel Reasonable pricing and location.
My honest comments: Need renovation to some of the facilities, bath tub, toilet bowl etc The bath room floor looked old and need a replacement of floor tiling, as it is slippery when wet Bath tub should have a "Hold on Handle" Bath towels should be fresh and not looked out piece of used table cloth, greyish! Room air con should have a better control system instead of using the closing scale of 1 to 16
